          摘要:

          通過株高、冠徑及酶活的測定研究聚-γ-谷氨酸(PGA)水溶液灌根對柑橘苗木個體性狀和葉片中抗性相關酶的影響,并采用親水相互作用色譜(HILIC LC-MS/MS)分析了PGA灌根前后葉片中200個靶向代謝物含量的變化。結果表明:PGA處理能促進苗木株高、冠徑和嫁接苗分枝數的增加;PGA處理后,柑橘葉片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,抗氧化物保護酶)、過氧化物酶(POD,參與過氧化產物的清理)和多酚氧化酶(PPO,酚類物質代謝的參與酶)的活性增加;PGA處理后,柑橘葉片中L-谷氨酸含量下降73.2%倍,而γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量增加了1.6倍,N6-甲基腺嘌呤含量提高2.3倍。靶向代謝物分析獲得109個代謝物的定量結果,其中,13種代謝物對照與處理的差異達到顯著水平。

          Abstract:

          The effects of poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) aqueous solution irrigation on seedlings trait and resistance-related enzymes in leaves of citrus were determined by measuring plant height,crown diameter and enzyme activity. HILIC LC-MS/MS was used to analyze the changes of 200 target metabolites in leaves after irrigation of PGA. The results showed that PGA treatment increased the height,crown diameter and branch number of seedlings. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in citrus leaves were increased after PGA treatment. The content of L-glutamate in citrus leaves decreased by 73.2%,while the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) increased by 1.6 times. The content of N6-methyl adenine increased by 2.3 times.The results of quantities of 109 metabolites analyzed by targeted metabolite showed that the difference of 13 metabolites between control and treatment was significant.
