1000-2421 2010 29 3 363 368 1000-2421(2010)03-0363-06 article 報春葉片解剖結構與耐熱性的關系 Relationship between Leaf Anatomical Structure and Heat Resistance of Primula 為研究適宜報春屬植物耐熱性的評價指標體系,篩選出耐熱性強的報春種,測定了6種報春的熱害指數,并利用掃描電鏡對6種報春進行了葉片解剖結構的觀察。結果表明:灰巖皺葉報春(Primula forrestii)及小報春(P.forbesii franch)的耐熱性較強,黃花九輪草(P.veris)、巖生報春(P.saxatilis)和鄂報春(P.obconica )的耐熱性中等,滇北球花報春(P.denticulata ssp.sinodenticulata)耐熱性較差;影響報春屬植物耐熱性的葉片解剖性狀主要有葉片厚度、葉肉細胞排列緊密程度、開張氣孔數量及葉片的表皮毛及粉粒數量等指標。 The index of heat injury and leaf anatomical structure under the scanning electron microscope of six Primula species were measured to study the responsive mechanism of Primula to the high temperature and to select the heatresistant Primula species.The results showed that Primula forrestii and P.malacoides franch had higher heat-resistance than that of P.obconica,P.veris,P.saxatilis,P.denticulatess.,P.sinodenticulata with lowest heat-resistance.Leaf anatomical structures of Primula associated with heat-resistance included leaf thickness,tightness of mesophyll cell arrangement,the number of open stomata,the number of epidermal hair and powders of leaves. 報春; 葉片解剖結構; 耐熱性 Primula; leaf anatomical structure; heat resistance 胡偉娟,張啟翔,潘會堂,董玲玲 HU Wei-juan,ZHANG Qi-xiang,PAN Hui-tang and DONG Ling-ling /hznydxzr/article/abstract/20100322
